Camping gear rental in Fethiye for the Lycian Way

Hiking the Lycian Way and don't want to fly with a tent and a sleeping bag? Rent your camping gear in Fethiye, where the western part of the trail begins. We have 2- and 3-person tents, sleeping bags rated from +10 to −5 °C, 50–70 L backpacks, sleeping mats, trekking poles and cooking sets. We also sell gas canisters, since you can't bring gas on a plane.

The longer you rent, the cheaper each day: the price on each card is per day for rentals of 6 days or more. A ready-made kit for one or two people costs less than the same items rented separately.

How rental works

How to book

  1. Choose your gear and tap “Rent” to add it to your cart.
  2. Set your rental dates and leave a contact: Telegram, WhatsApp or email.
  3. We confirm availability and agree on where and when to hand over the gear.

Pick-up and delivery

  • Fethiye: we deliver around town, most often to the otogar (Fethiye bus station), where dolmuş minibuses leave for the trailhead.
  • Fethiye Marina: delivery 200 TRY.
  • Ölüdeniz: delivery 500 TRY.

Price and deposit

  • The card price is per day for rentals of 6 days or more. Shorter rentals (1–5 days) have a fixed price for the whole period; the cart calculates the total for you.
  • Each item requires a deposit. A passport can be left instead.
  • Gas canisters are sold, not rented.

What gear you need on the Lycian Way

Hikers camp on the coast and in the mountains. Days are hot, but spring and autumn nights get chilly, especially on the passes, so choose a sleeping bag with a comfort rating of 0…+5 °C. Take a 50–70 L backpack: besides gear and food you will carry water for the day. Trekking poles take a lot of load off your knees on rocky descents.

We are a Russian-speaking hiking club and also run guided group hikes on the Lycian Way. Questions about the trail, gas or getting to Fethiye — just write to us when you book.

FAQ

The card price is per day for rentals of 6 days or more: sleeping mats and headlamps from $0.5, backpacks from $1.5, sleeping bags from $2, tents from $3. For 1–5 days the price for the whole period is fixed and is added up in the cart.

Around Fethiye, most often to the otogar (bus station), where dolmuş minibuses leave for the trailhead. Delivery to Fethiye Marina is 200 TRY, to Ölüdeniz 500 TRY.

Yes, a deposit is required for each item. You can leave a passport instead.

From us: 230 g and 450 g threaded canisters that fit most stoves. Gas cannot be carried on a plane, so hikers buy it locally.

Yes, the minimum rental is one day. For 1–5 days there is a fixed price for the period; from 6 days the daily price shown on the card applies.
